Market Analysis, Brand Identification, Collection Mood and Concept
The core of each collection is the brand identity. We help clients identify their strengths and the opportunities in their market, analysing key players and pricing structures to position the product competitively in the marketplace. We assist clients in creating the visual DNA of their brand, through branding elements in the product to communicate a strong brand message. We also can provide trend and material research and guide the client through a comprehensive creation of the collection concept, from mood boards and key shape identification to the creation of line-plans and merchandising.
Research and Development of Raw Materials
With regular visits to trade-fairs, tanneries, and various suppliers, we have solid relationships and are constantly up-to-date with the latest techniques and innovative materials used in fashion. We source materials based on client specifications, meeting the most demanding international standards, and also propose new materials as suggestions aligned with the client's needs or tastes.
Supply Chain Sourcing
We work with the best manufacturers and artisans in Italy. Based on the client's variables such as quantities, style, price-point, and technical requirements, we are able to identify the best manufacturer to meet the goals of the client and work to build and foster a relationship between the client and the manufacturers. We do not act as agents, but instead operate fully and exclusively on behalf of the client, always acting in their best interest and remaining loyal to their needs.
Prototyping, Sample Development, and Production
Starting with the planning and sharing of a detailed calendar with all parties involved, we manage and oversee the entire prototyping and sample development process, working with skilled pattern-makers and technicians. Working hands-on, we are capable of monitoring the progress to avoid any delays or flaws, ensuring that the products meet the aesthetic and also technical requirements of the client. Through pricing evaluations given at each stage, we are able to negotiate and intervene in a timely manner, suggesting solutions and working with the factories to make sure the pricing meets initial targets. After passing the final fit notes, we launch the industrialisation process, assisting with counter-sourcing where necessary.
We can provide fully-integrated quality control processes, from raw materials, to the sample process, up to final production. We can also offer ad-hoc services based on the client's needs (for example: one-time services during peak production periods where the client may not be able to send someone from their production team).
